When will my order arrive?

Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing/payment verification. All of our jewelry is handmade, this process can take up to 5 business days. All of our orders are shipped via USPS. Domestic delivery typically takes 2-3 days. International orders vary by location. All orders will have a tracking code to allow you to check the status of your order at anytime. What is your return policy?

We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty. If you would like to return an item that is in new condition and still have its original packaging, we will gladly assist in reviewing your order for exchange. If an item purchased is defective or damaged, we will offer a full refund or a replacement product. To qualify for a refund, we require that photos be sent via email so that we may properly assess these items in question. 

All earrings will not be eligible for return due to hygienic reasons. No exceptions. We apologize for any inconveniences. 

How can I exchange an item from my order?

If the item is in new condition and still in its original packaging, we will gladly assist in assessing your order for exchange. 

Do you restock your inventory?

Due to the limited nature of each collection, restocks may not be available for certain items. Limited releases will not be re-stocked once sold out.
